After having been closed for over 3 months, we are now able to get back into the salon and start getting back on top of our services for the clients.
The first week back has been a very trying time with the social distancing rules, PPE compliance and cleaning correctly after each service. Every client must have a mask with them and wear it the whole time they are in the salon. We have masks at the salon and we will provide you with one at a charge of £5, which will be added on to you bill at check out, if you do not have one.
We have had to bring back out staff on a rota system, so there is not to many staff at the salon at any one time.
I would like to appologise if we are not able to answer the phone as efficiently as we used to, but we are trying really hard to get back in touch with you and answer all of your inquiries as soon as we have time.
If possible, please try and use our online booking system for a faster way of booking your service. We can't take bookings for colour services this way as we have to check that you are booking in for the correct colour service that you require and you have had a resent skin allergy test. We are taking a 50% upfront deposit for any colour service which must be paid before the day of service.
