We will not be able to answer our phones until we are open again, so if you wish to beat the rush, then use our online booking system. Click here…. Booking
No colour services can be booked online due to the regulations on skin testing. For colour appointments we will be asking for a 50% deposit.

-If we have to move/cancel your appointment due to you & your household isolating we will return the deposit.
– if you can’t make your appointment you will need to let us know 12 hours prior.
Covid-19 Guidelines @ Mark Mardell salon
Please DO NOT attend your appointment if you have covid-19 symptoms or you have been in face to face contact with anyone that is showing symptoms in the last 14 days.
Upon arrival we ask that you sanitise your hands with provided hand wash.
Please bring your own PPE. We will have PPE bags for sale if you wish.
All equipment & surfaces will be cleaned & sanitised after each client throughout the day.
We want to try and keep the number of people in the salon down to the minimum.
Please do not.
- Turn up to early as there will be no space for you to wait
- Unless you are Under 16 or vulnerable please don’t come to the salon in groups.
- We would love to talk to you more, but there is restricted time at the moment. So after your appointment is completed please leave as swiftly as possible to allow the next clients in.
