As most of you will be aware of by now, the salon is closed again due to the government national lock down as of 5 November and we will be reopening on the 3rd December if all goes well.
Please be reassured in knowing that the salon and all its staff have followed all of the government guidelines, from using the correct PPE, cleaning each work station down thoroughly and providing hand sanitiser at the entrance door to the salon. We have provided the NHS track and trace QR code at the sanitiser station for everyone to check in with. We are operating our stylist work station at the required distance apart. Also, we have had to restrict the shifts and working hours for my staff where necessary. On some days this will mean that the shop will be opening much longer hours than normal to accommodate the quantity of client services.
Due to the impact this virus has had on the local schools which has sent some of them into their own lock down and all of my staff have children in these schools, I can't promise that when we reopen a smooth and well planned time ahead. For this I will apologise in advance for any appointments that are already booked in and future appointments that may have to be moved of cancelled.
I would like to take this opportunity to thanks all of my staff, for their very hard work and extra hours that they have given to the last few days before we had to shut our doors again. You are all appreciated beyond words for this.
